1 1/2 c raw pumpkin seeds
2 teaspoonfuls butter, melted
a pinch of salt
Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
Toss the seeds in a bowl with melted butter and salt. Spread the seeds in a single layer on a cookie sheet and bake for about 45 minutes,stirring occasionally, until they are golden brown.
